On sunday i was able to learn about Mikogo. This is a screen sharing software free to download from the internet.
It allowed me to get help with formatting by linking with my uncle in Nottingham and him directing us how to use styles.
Fabulous. This software could be used by the university lecturers to conduct remote supervision meetings. Perhaps even lectures? This could mean that if someone was ill, as i have been this year, they could still have contact without the journey. My travel time is 3hours to and from Dundee. I get very tired and this has a knock on effect the next day too.
If you want to try out Mikogo you'll need someone else to collaborate with for on screen meetings.
You will find true download here: https://www.mikogo.com/download/
