Having submitted an outline draft for the dissertation to KM I got really good feedback which I am acting upon. The edited version will go in for further feedback on Tuesday. However writing can begin on the Literature review draft this week.
A meeting with Dr. O'Callaghan has clarified my thoughts on the theoretical framework for my study. I have been reassured that I do not need to work with Grounded Theory. However it has been interesting to explore this. In particular the technique of 'memoing'.
The images here are of my creative and mindful session at the Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop yesterday. Whilst I created S A T B name plaques in porcelain clay I was reflecting on the recent initial session with the choir and planning for the second. This was crucial time to focus on the activity with the singers. I realised that I have probably used the songs in the wrong order.

April is in mistress' face would have been better used second as it includes all the elements that I plan to focus on for the teaching method practice. Hence a major change is required for the choice of the second song.

- Replacing it with another of Morley's madrigals proper - On a fair morning or Help, I Fall, both from his first book of Madrigal's for Four Voices.
